I’m Avril Aysha, a systems thinker and data engineer turned somatic guide. I created this body of work after experiencing firsthand that logic alone can’t guide us where we need to go.

I’ve spent years in tech spaces filled with brilliant minds who optimize everything: infrastructure, latency, career paths, even meditation routines.

But when it comes to navigating uncertainty, planning big career moves, or making meaningful life shifts… the brain can freeze. Overthink. Spiral. Default to what’s safe.

I live what I teach. As a trans woman, I have cultivated the courage to walk into unknown futures with full-body clarity and pleasure. I navigate a world that doesn’t understand me guided only by my body’s truth. That is embodied futuring in action.

I am a shapeshifter who moves across worlds: analyst, artist, ritualist. I’ve collaborated with visionaries like Philip Glass, Nicolas Jaar, and Adrián Villar Rojas — and I’ve trained deeply in the latest somatic practices and the richest ancient traditions:
